So, ‘Puella Magi Madoka Magica’, I’ll try to describe this show without rambling too much. Adulthood has made me tire of anime thanks to giving up on names I cannot pronounce, friends insisted I see this show and I finished it today. It’s an anime that dares to deconstruct the Magical Girl genre, make it really dark, tell a really good story with a cast of characters each serving an importance to the overall story who have induisial personlaities while still acting as protagonists the audiance shares reactions with and dare to do the impossible, make an anime that makes sense…It succeeds in all categories. This show is awesome, scarily dark and I am glad to have seen it so thanks for the people who got me watching it.
Also I think alternate title for this show should be ‘The dangers of anime making sense’ and ‘Holy sh*t quotation; the series’.

So here’s a fanart, blue is my favourite character, she go so crazy.
Even before then I liked her for her attitude and the fact she really needs a hug…granted by the end of it all the characters did, expect the cat, that things scares me and I’m a cat person.

So I finally caught up with this show, now all I have to do is catch up with MLP and the DC animated universe and get around to watching Young Justice and that new  Flash TV show, I’m making progre…oh wait this thing also has a movie that I need to catch up with as well.
